Service Update
An 8.9-magnitude earthquake struck Sendai on Japan's main island of Honshu on Friday, March 11, generating tsunami waves along parts of the country's coastline. Customers in affected areas will experience service delays. NEX services in western and central Japan continue to operate normally.
